Events

Imaginations Wild can provide reliable, first class painting for your party. Face painting is a delight at any event, be it a birthday party, dedication, wedding reception or school fair. Face painting is not only limited to children, adults enjoy being painted too. Just let your imagination run wild!  Face painting has become very popular at special events and commercial venues, proving to be an excellent way to attract people and entertain children. Imaginations Wild can make the difference by bringing a high standard of face painting to your event!

If it’s going to be a busy event, we advise allocating a member of your event team to deal with the queue. This can save vital minutes of the artist's time and will help ensure the artist is not being overwhelmed with people or jostled whilst they’re working.

Children's Parties, Weddings, and similar events:

For children's parties, such as a birthday, face painting is a fabulous success with the children (2 years and above) - they love being transformed into what they want to be.  If you're interested in hosting an event, as a rough guide our artists paint between 10-12 faces an hour depending on the depth of detail in each design. Some faces take only a few minutes while others may take longer. Please bear this in mind when booking your event as extra painters or more hours may be necessary.

Corporate Events:

Face painting can be used in many ways by companies to either further their corporate aims or provide rewards to staff and families, for example:

  • As a means to encouraging customers to stay in store for longer periods.

  • At shows and exhibitions face painting can be used to draw potential customers to your stand, enabling you to maximise your promotional opportunities.

  • When launching new products, it is possible to use a face painter to promote the product within a retail environment i.e.: painting motifs on staff or painting customers.

  • In-house company events such as Christmas parties, fun days, or barbeques. Face painting would enhance any corporate event and provide both customers and staff with a memorable day.

Rates vary depending on the type of event, time and location. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Advertisement:

Imaginations Wild will advertise by way of logos, poster boards and other materials within the work area, unless otherwise informed. With certain events Imaginations Wild would like to take photographs of painted faces for use in publicity material relating to the business, such as on the website. In cases such as these, a consent form will be provided for the parent/guardian to sign.

Insurance:

Imaginations Wild has public liability insurance that covers our artists, but does not at anytime cover its customers or other organisations.

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service):

Please remember that DBS checks are not a requirement for face painters.

The checks are only available to an employer or organisation, which has registered with them and abides by a code of practice due to the nature of the information being requested and held. The categories of employment are strictly limited, and face painters per se do not fall into them.  Face painters are very unlikely to be left alone with children, in fact we will discourage this. We are only with any one child for less than 15 minutes, usually very publicly and in the presence of their parent or carer.  If the person or organisation wishes to check on the criminal background of an entertainer, then it is their responsibility to do so, however this will not be possible (unless the same performer is employed frequently and repeatedly with the same children or vulnerable adults).
